"Front desk call at 5:45 before we checked in, looking for us. We were 5 minutes away. Very friendly. Could use a few more parking spots for cars."

"The view from the patio was amazing, we saw turtles surfacing from the room one morning. Bed comfortable, kitchen clean. We loved the restaurant on the water & the close location to Margaritaville (to catch boats from their docks). Walk to Coki beach, which has awesome snorkeling, but crowded so go early. We rented a car and drove to smith bay beach which is $8 a person, but well worth it in our opinion. Close to Red Hook to catch the ferry to St. John."
"Only con was the shower head was installed strangely so had to hold it to shower & lots of stairs. 9/10, I’d go back and stay again."

"The view is exceptional! The room had everything we needed. The kitchen was sufficient. The three pools are nice and have great views. There’s not really a sandy beach but there is a beach with chairs, some sand, and water. There are free shuttles all day to anywhere on the property."
"There are a lot of stairs!!! If you have bad knees it’s going to be hard for you!"
"It was very conveniently located to the activities that we did. We could walk to the sunset cruise at Margaritaville as well as to Coki Beach. Easy drives to Redhook, Megan’s Bay, Sapphire and other nice beaches."
"The air conditioner did not cool the entire villa very well, so the bedroom was a little warm for sleeping."

"Extremely spacious condo, adequate kitchen supplies. Comfortable bed. On site restaurants and 3 pools, easy access to Island attractions. Must have a car. Safe. Great view. Need to be aware there are many stairs and very steep hills"
"Was not impressed with the food or service at the Sun and Sea bar and grill. Did not eat at the higher end restaurant. Everything else was very nice."
