"Location, view, history. Staff was helpful, especially arranging taxi. Breakfast was good. Not too long of a walk to The Pub or Rite Way."

"The room was enormous and pretty clean, lots of light and balcony space. They had American television and the staff were very useful with recommendations and booking taxis etc."

"I only stayed one night. But the room was clean, quiet for sleeping, the view was very good and the location was convenient to downtown (walk or taxi)."
"The water pressure was not good. OK for me. But I do not have much hair. :) My biggest complaint was WiFi availability in the Tortola area. You need 'log into' each restaurant's, bar's, hotel's WiFi you are in. Very annoying."

Также, сравнивая с другими объектами, видел, что возле других объектов нет ресторанов или кафе и без транспорта будет проблематично добраться, возле этого отеля кафе находится в 50 метрах. Персонал был очень вежливый и дружелюбный, помогли сделать заказ в кафе и также помогли организовать экскурсию."

"The walk up and down the hill was a bit taxing but it worked out well for us for the 1 night. Nice view of the bay from our room. Good breakfast and interesting staff."

"The room was large and the furnishings were good. The staff was very helpful and the dining was very good. A good location on the hillside that provided a nice view of the bay and was far enough above the road to eliminate road noise. This is not a five star hotel but it was very good and I would stay there again."
"The bathroom shower could use a renovation and the a/c took longer than expected to cool even such a large room."
