"That hotel like a pearl in center of old city, from one side you can see Minaret Kalon from another side you will see Madrasahs. in each corner of hotel you can found place for photo. Personal are very polite and always open for help. I definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Bukhara."

"Good location, pretty rooftop and clean and comfortable rooms - overall a really good and well maintained hotel. Staff were also quick to resolve issues."
"The property tried to charge us additional fees for tourist tax. Usually tourist tax is included in the total on booking.com or is stated under the total. Our booking had shown us the total price with all taxes included however the hotel insisted we owed them an additional $17 for tourist tax. This was an issue between the hotel and booking.com and after several conversations they agreed to waiver the charges. This apparently hasn’t happened with any other booking of theirs so hopefully it is a one off. The staff were still polite and friendly so can’t fault them too much. Breakfast is not included- the only hotel we booked in Uzbekistan which didn’t provide a free breakfast option, breakfast is an additional $10 per person per day, which is rather steep for Bukhara."
