"Although the hotel is located at a distance from the old city, it can be easily reached by car, and I enjoyed my stay there because it was conveniently situated near my desired destination. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was hygienic. The staff was highly attentive and accommodating. Moreover, the hotel has a pleasing design and atmosphere that you are likely to appreciate, i will definitely book with them and stay at this hotel again next time."

"Perhaps the bed was not as cozy as anticipated, but I appreciated the fact that it had a medical mattress feel to it. Although there was no electric kettle in the room, I had no other complaints as the room was otherwise excellent."

"Perfectly placed small guesthouse within the old town. Pleasant indoor/outdoor balcony which would be very pleasant in the hotter season. the family was very welcoming and friendly. Very good simple and ample breakfast. Bathrooms and showers were good."

"The hotel is located within old City Khiva, which itself is a fort. Its an old building like other hotels in Khiva, newly furnished perhaps. Rooms are bit small but didn't matter for us as we only stayed for 10 hours. Beds comfortable, room neat & clean. Water bottles were available in room. Hotel also arranged us Taxi from Urgench Airport to Khiva, cost$15 midnight. The owner Izzat is a very honest & cooperative guy. He will help you wherever needed. The breakfast is very good. Hotel location is on quiet street, so you can enjoy sleep uninterrupted. Our request for late checkout was approved as we checked in very late. We enjoyed our stay here. Thanks."
