"The hidden charges for early check in or late check out,they don't inform you prior when you request early check in that there is a charge,you will get to the reception and start arguing with them,of course because you were not informed. I don't know how it works, but most hotels i have stayed in offer. Early check in and check out at no extra cost"

"The breakfast is a very tired and tasteless menu. It would definitely do with more options to choose from. The rooms are a little dated and in need of some serious refurbishment. During my stay the shower poll fell off the wall onto my child's head as it was so old. Very unsafe. The sand tray in the children play area also needs to be covered at night as animals are using this as their litter tray."
