"A great host, a great place full of green space and nature. Pim is a proactive and efficient host coming with good recommendations and places to visit. The room is good and big with a comfortable terrace with a tree and a garden. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY."

"A great family-run business. Super comfortable stay, in a beautiful place with stunning views. Amazing breakfast (largely sourced right from their nearby garden). Everyone was super nice and helpful. Has private parking."
"The property is a bit far from the town, so you need a car/scooter to get to restaurants/cafes/etc. Delivery still works, though."
"Very big room, clean and comfy beds. Very spacious bathroom with a big big bathtub. Front yard with a basketball hoop which my son loves so much and plays there in the morning before heading out. Yummy, healthy breakfast. We asked the owner to help me find a driver. The driver she arranged is very kind and sincere and brought us around."

"抵達時已經是晚上八點了，靜逸又舒適的環境讓人感到很安心，早上一起床踏出房間走到陽台，看到那個山景真的一整天的心情都好起來！ 用過早餐之後老闆娘邀請我們參觀她養的動物，看到那些雞鴨都非常乾淨也很有活力就知道老闆娘一定花了很多心力在照顧牠們~真的很喜歡這個地方！ 設備也都正常~沒有任何一處損壞~浴室的浴缸瓷磚還是防滑的！很安全又和貼心的設計~ 希望下次還有機會來入住這個讓人念念不忘的好地方！"

"Sehr schönes B&B etwas auswärts von Hualien. Sehr nette Inhaberin. Große, geräumige Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Frühstück gibt es in der großen Küche. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten."

"Mrs. Liu and her children, especially William, went out of their way to help us. We were having some communication issues with different tour operators in the Hualien region. They took two hours to help make calls for us, arrange drivers, text people after hours. It really helped a lot! William said next time contact his mother directly because she’s great at organizing tours, and we believe it. The breakfast was delicious. They have ducks and geese and a lush garden in their backyard. Their house was beautiful, and we only wish we could have stayed longer. Their hospitality was well beyond what was necessary. We highly recommend Cloud Enjoy BnB!"
