"我覺得住宿體驗很棒，我住了新竹市好幾間便宜的旅館，這間清潔上是最好的。 而且便宜的房型就有窗戶，大加分。然後有車位，省下停車的費用，大勝其他旅館。 服務台很親切。各方面雖然舊，但我喜歡這種懷舊的感覺，其實以前的設計不會比現在差，重點只要功能ok然後乾淨衛生就好，地板桌面乾淨，床睡了之後沒有搔癢，感覺很多設備都有保養跟更新，而且有很多不錯的細節，這些細節都會影響住宿，例如床頭燈可以調亮暗、床很穩不會因為靠在床頭就往前滑、鏡子旁邊有插頭讓你插吹風機、浴室配好兩條浴巾兩條毛巾、枕頭是厚實的、冷氣是新的、冷氣的設計不會對到頭、樓梯間跟走道不會亂堆雜物、電視在稍微高一點的地方躺在床上看是舒服的。 我常來新竹工作住宿，沒意外應該會再常來。"
"我住的房間一開始進去沒有聞到煙味，但待一陣子不知道為什麼有聞到一點點菸味，但相比其他便宜的旅館，已經算好很多，而且我已經看到櫃檯已有標示整館禁煙，這是好的。 不能刷卡跟線上支付有點可惜，只能付現。 我有聽聞隔音不好，但住的時候隔壁沒人，所以不怎麼影響，但窗外街道聲音不小是真的，但對我來說還算可以接受。 衣櫃裡面有點異味，希望可以除個臭。"

"到鹿野高台很近 十幾分就到了 民宿主人都很客氣 民宿旁也種了很多植物 還有很特別的雞 環境也弄得很不錯"
"Staff was so helpful and ensuring we got dinner at restaurants. The day of departure we were giving a ride to the train station. The hosts speak very little English but was overcome with Apps. Area was quiet and near visitor centre and the jump off point of the paragliding. Great breakfasts; one at b&b abd one packed at day of departure."
