"3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms with all amenities including BBQ, washer/dryer, swimming pool Looks exactly like photos, safe and quiet area Outdoor area is excellent, both housekeeper and groundsman were friendly and polite Our flight was delayed and the owner graciously gave us late checkout which was perfect especially with kids We had everything we needed, highly recommend"
"Lovely location in Samaan Grove which is gated but not walking distance from the town centre/beach which we didn’t mind because we had a hire car"

"The owner of the place was very very accommodating to our needs. Professional and efficient. The housekeeper is very humble and courteous as well as very welcoming. The place is generally be eh clean & feels like home away from home. The pool is warm even when the rain falls. Our experience here was fantastic."

Loved the variety of wares and utensils provided. Loved how much different seating areas and places to relax there were. Loved the depth of the pool (7ft)"
"Water pressure was a little low in one room. I notified the host and he was more than happy to fix the problem. It was not a deal breaker by any means. These things happen. Be mindful of having too much loud fun after midnight. It is a residential, gated community after all."
