"I like only doorman, because he was only guy who also speak English and he was very kind, park our car, took our suitcase and every time we need something he was translating to the receptionist."
"First time they put us to the room which was without balcony which we should have from description here in booking.com and room was very cold. Later when we complained they changed room for us then all was good. Also i didn’t like when morning i entered restaurant for breakfast (3 days in row) , personals they didn’t even say hello. And also i found spoiled vegetables in buffet."

"The first instance the very bad smell of smoke from room and the beddings, towels and even the curtains. Starton Hotel had the pillows washed for me as smelt if Body Odour, which was appreciated The AC system was an automatic which was controlled by management which was blowing hot air, slept with window open but was granted a fan after the air con was kept at 26 degrees and could not be adjusted. Even after having window open all day, i thought id got rid of the smell only to return home with all my clothes reaking of smoke smell."
"Very Nice and big room, and the location is great, right in the downtown close to many stores and restaurants and to 2 metro stations, all within a short walking distance. The lightning in the room is very cozy and cool. Good breakfast included with the reservation."

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

Our room was exactly what we needed: very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. A special mention must go to the breakfast, which was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options to start the day right. The location was another major plus. With easy access to main roads, it was the perfect base for exploring the area without being in a noisy city center. We had no complaints and will certainly be choosing this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"The place is nice, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is good (although you will be served the same food every day and your dietary requirements will be mostly ignored), but in my opinion the quality of the service is way below what you expect for the price you pay. I must say that one young gentleman serving breakfast was exceptionally nice (the others barely speak English and seem to be bored by their job)."

And a curtain for the toilet. Also too many influencers who are not guests taking over the place. Staff all lovely. Felt the guest services coordinator was a bit abrupt / not as polite as could be."
