"Our stay was excellent overall. The staff was extremely polite and helpful — without a doubt the strongest point of this hotel. They were always willing to assist with anything we needed, which made the experience even more pleasant. The breakfast is another very positive aspect of the hotel, offering a very wide variety of options. There was an impressive selection of both sweet and savory choices, catering to different tastes and preferences. The location was also very convenient, providing easy access to most areas of the city center as well as to public transportation, which made getting around simple and stress-free. Additionally, the private parking was particularly useful in my case and was an important amenity for me. It made my stay much more comfortable and convenient"

"I went for massage, I asked for relaxation massage but rather than I enjoyed and relaxed I got body pain and this is the only thing disappointed me. The lady who was giving massage didn’t listen to my request to slow down."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From start to finish, everything was excellent — the property was spotless, and the customer service was truly first class. Upon check-in, we were even offered a complimentary upgrade to the presidential suite, which was a lovely gesture, but we politely declined as it felt a bit too large for our family of four. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit everyone’s tastes. The spa experience was equally impressive and a highlight of our stay — relaxing, well-kept, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service."
