"The owner of the hotel was a more than perfect host to us and made sure we were well taken care of. Despite the fact we were stayjng only one night.He also gave us a lot of useful information about the place and how to travel from and to the airport. We really loved our stay here"

"The bedrooms were too light in the morning, we prefer darkness to sleep. A darker curtain or a blind would have been better."
"It had a lovely vibe, the owners and staff were very friendly and gave lots of good suggestions for our visit. The pool was wonderful after a day of sightseeing in the heat. The location is great being walking distance to bus stations and restaurants."

"Everything. Nazar Hotel was the perfect place for us to stay for a couple of nights. The location was great and close to many restaurants, sights and also a 10 min walk from the train station. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Rooms also had great AC, which was needed for our 42 degree days. The swimming pool/outdoor area was a lovely little oasis that we definitely made the most of. Most importantly the owner and staff went out of their way to make our time in Selcuk amazing. We were given such good advice for everything! Loved our stay, would recommend to everyone."

Pool and castle views are delightful and it is in close walking distance to all local sights, restaurants and shops. "We stayed at Hotel Nazar for 5 days and it was the best decision we made for our trip to Selçuk. Ilker and his family were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They helped us plan our visit to Ephesus and other local monuments, and even recommended the best places to eat. The hotel is well located at a walkable distance to all services, restaurants and many manuments, the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had good pressure and hot water, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!"

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

I must say that one young gentleman serving breakfast was exceptionally nice (the others barely speak English and seem to be bored by their job)."

"The hotel is conveniently located near Makam Meydan, at the town centre of Tarsus - Apostle Paul's hometown. Comfortable, modest-sized room and nice breakfast served by the hotel owner. The owner kindly showed me their old wine cellar. His family provided me much help when I was checking in (carrying luggage under 40 degrees weather), and directions when I was leaving for the bus station (Otogar)."
