"Our stay at this hotel in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect — right in the city center, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The hotel was spotless at all times. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making us feel relaxed from the very first moment. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. What truly made the difference, though, was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed — from recommendations to transportation tips. Their professionalism and warm attitude made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Istanbul.
