"The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view from the balcony, which made the stay quite pleasant. The bathroom was also very large and comfortable to use. However, basic amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided, which would have made the stay more convenient."

"The pool was very small and located in a different building, which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant for breakfast was also in another building, so we had to walk outside each morning. The breakfast itself seemed to be a set menu with limited options, which was disappointing and did not offer much variety. Overall, the facilities were not very convenient, and the experience could have been better."

"Vieles. Erstens bei Buchung war nicht klar, dass man in einem Nebengebäude über die Straße hinüber landet und für Pool und Restaurant die Straße überqueren muss. Es ist nur ein Nebengebäude vom Serenotel Gegenüber. Auch wenn es wohl die besseren Zimmer hat und fantastische Bilder und sehr sauber ist, hätte das klar im Angebot stehen müssen. Das Hauptgebäude ist in schlechtem Zustand, beim Frühstück konnte man nur draußen nicht klimatisiert sitzen, bei Wind unmöglich. Und man bekam eine plastikkarte vorgehalten und sollte dann ABC oder d Frühstück auswählen, maximal ein Stern dafür. Der dachpool ist zwar klein doch ganz gut und sehr warm komischerweise herrscht eine gewisse Strömung vielleicht durch den Wind? Vom Pool und von der Essterrasse aus hat man guten Ausblick über den ganzen Pattaya Strand. Insgesamt überhaupt nicht das viele Geld wert, lieber 20-30 € mehr und man hat fünf Sterne Wesentlich besser für weniger Geld war die Flipper Lodge in Soi 8."
