"มีลิงเข้ามาในห้อง ลิงเปิดประตูเข้ามาเองได้ ตกใจมาก เข้ามารื้อค้นกระเป๋าทุกใบที่วางอยู่ หยิบแล้ววาง ดมแล้ววาง ไม่มีอะไรเสียหาย คิดว่าเข้ามาหาของกิน พอไม่มีอะไรให้กิน ก็เดินออกไปเฉยๆ แต่ทำให้เรากลัวมาก"

"The treehouse we stayed in was so beautiful and spacious. It was right next to the river which was the most beautiful place to swim. The restaurant was also wonderfully located next to the river with good food, friendly staff and loads of amazing wildlife all around. In fact there was wildlife EVERYWHERE!!! It was amazing, and sometimes very loud! The staff helped us book our day trips to Cheow Lan Lake, The Most amazing government run elephant retirement park and a half day guided walk in the National Park. All very highly recommended."

"The hand rails going up the steps to the treehouse and around the balcony at the top were wobbly and broken. Not a place to stay with young children. Our son is 10 and pretty sensible so were were fine. There was also a bit of confusion about paying by cash or card which was a bit awkward and I heard this was also an issue for other guests. It took the shine off an otherwise lovely stay."

"Hidden gem with river views. Clean, comfortable and convenient location within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The restaurant has an incredible view and rustic vibe. Monkey business is guaranteed!! Highly recommend!"

"What a magical place! A Peaceful paradise in Khao Sok. Food was yummy. Comfortable clean bungalow with a great view with plenty of monkey business!"

"Stunning location, friendly helpful staff, beautiful room, but we were too scared to open all the windows as we thought the monkeys would come in and steal everything!! Best thing though was the breakfast, I’d come back for that alone. Great buffet with everything you could want"

"The location is beautifully immersed in the nature, with cute bungalows/house at the tree hight. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and gave us useful advice about the area. The room was clean and equipped with a net over the bed to protect from mosquitoes and other insects. The breakfast was included and offering fresh fruit and both sweet and salty options."

"Their written communication was weak. They never replied to my message on Booking.com. I was trying confirm a misunderstanding about the room id booked but they never replied to my multiple text messages. When I called them they told me to rebook and did not resolve it. This gave me a lot of anxiety as a traveller from abroad. When I arrived, they had changed the rooms over for me which I appreciated greatly but if I had been told this over email/text, I would have been much happier to have peace of mind. Customer service improvement would be appreciated for a further stay in the future!"

"The hotel's greatest advantage is its location in a dense forest with some animals and by a river where you can swim."

"Our room was very sparsely furnished, especially the bathroom. This created a very unwelcoming impression, which was reinforced by the impersonal behavior of the staff. The breakfast buffet offered was, in my opinion, somewhat boring."
