"We were greeted with the upmost respect. The property is impeccable and equipped with everything you may need. Technologically advanced system with a private gate for safety and generator in case of any power outages. The views overlooking the ocean were stunning and actually so special that it is where we got engaged! The welcome basket with a bottle of wine, snacks, and hand written card added a meaningful touch. We will be back!"
"The roads to get to the property were one of the worst on the island but very safe, quiet neighborhood with many restaurant options just minutes away."

"Wow, this is an exceptional find. The apartment was a great size, very neat and clean. It is very handy for Philipsburg either by car or by bus. A word about Rhody. What a beautiful minded lady, always ready to help and support, who even came to my rescue when I was trying to find my way to the apartment. She is dedicated to helping people settle down, very cheerful, great communications, helpful information about areas of St Maarten. And always with a smile. Apartment is big enough for a number of people, great layout, really comfy furniture, well stocked cupboards with kitchen equipment. Ample bedroom and bathroom provisions. Sadly I didn't try the swimming pool, I was out most of the time but it's a good sized pool and looked just right for chilling out in. An incredible find with a wonderful host who has become a lovely friend."
