"Si tuviera que hacer una observacion, seria unicamente que tienen que mejorar las Ventanas, porque durante la estancia hubo bastante tormentas, y se filtro un poco de agua. Nada escandaloso y facil de resolver. Se lo comunique al.personal y ellos apoyaron a dar soluciones rapidas al problema. Este comentario es para que sigan asi y mejorando. Definitivamente me vuelo a hospedar con ustedes. Ya quiero ver la cafeteria terminada!!!!"

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, what drew me in was everything being pink. Very cozy rooms with amazing views of the volcano. Almost the perfect location within walking distance to most locations being close to city center. Edgar and Natalie were really big help with anything you needed whether to help with places to eat or local attractions if you’re visiting for vacation. They were also able to provide airport transportation at any time of the day which was a plus. Everything was clean and spacious and had no issues with checking in or out. Definitely would recommend this place to stay to others if you’re wanting a 5 star service and hotel experience."
