"I already like the name — it sounds positive and full of support for Africa, despite the many changes people on the continent are constantly navigating. I also appreciate that it’s a small hotel, where guests are recognised day by day by the staff, allowing for a friendly word or brief exchange on the way in and out. I value the attentive support offered by the team for small daily matters, such as explaining the route to a taxi driver or popping into a nearby shop to help break a large banknote."
