"Great location, near to the Jasna ski center. Loved the convenience of ski-passes being included in the price and all ski-pass related questions were easily solved at the reception. Staff’s very professional, helpful and caring."
"The rooms are rather outdated and would benefit from updates. As for food, overall good food, but - breakfast buffet could be organized better - dinner menu options are rather limited doesn’t correspond to the prices charged. - also, would be great to have staff explain the more traditional menu options, as some ENG translations were misleading."

"Nice hotel, nice and friendly staff (reception, bar, restaurant). The room was huge, decent matreses, big soft pillow.(could be offered some firmmer pillow too) Everything was clean with daily maintenance. The toilet was split în two separate rooms, one with toilet only and the other one with sink and shower - a little akward to go between them. The view from the window was indeed stunning - the mountain covered in snow în all their splendor. We have breakfast and dinner all bufet - with plenty to choose from. The ski room is equipped with electric dryer racks for boots. In the front there are sufficient parking space, and the first ski lift is 5 minutes walking distance (în ski boots)"

"No elevator in the hotel. Rooms are quite old but everything was clean. The walls are yellow, doors painted to orange, what gives the property cheap appearance. (Simple white would be the best). But only the rooms’ part is not rebuilt. Other premises are very nice😊"
