The Initial Sama Serviced Residences

"It was great!! Really clean and good for its price"

"The staff was really kind, giving us advice what to see and how much time should we spend at the attractions. The place itself was tidy, shared bathrooms were numerous and clean as well. The accommodation also offered luggage storage which was very handy."

"The property was clean and well kept. Value for money for a one night stay."

"The moment you enter, the cute little lobby was a great greeting. Our room was on the first floor and was spacious enough for both me and my mom. The bathroom maybe small (expected) but its clean and the shower is great."

"Good location, garden, Close to transports, close to the park"

"Amazing new hotel, really! They just open recently, so everything was fresh. Location is good if you don’t mind to take the bus to the city every time."

"Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Ausrüstung ist neu. Relativ viel Platz und eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Waschmaschine. Blick auf Sands by the bay."
