"Location of hotel was central and close to attractions. The MTR was at the ends of the street with convenient access to the entire city. The reception staff were excellent after I left my credit card in reception after we checked out. They called me to reassure me that they had the card."

"Check-in was smooth and there was always someone at the reception, even late at night. The room was spacious and comfortable and came with complete amenities including toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer. There’s also housekeeping and kept the room clean. The place was also pretty quiet, either well soundproofed or just peaceful neighbors? Location-wise, it’s in a quiet neighborhood but still very convenient. There’s a nearby train/MRT station around a 3-minute walk. Esplanade Area is walkable (around 20 minutes), which was helpful when the MRT was too crowded, especially during New Year Celebration. Marina Bay Sands is also nearby. Overall, it’s a good choice since the city is very walkable."
