"This felt like a stay at a hotel of a theme park. My family loved it. We had some nice burgers and beers for dinner."

"A nice, western-style place with animals on the ranch. Friendly staff, clean rooms and good food. There is a lake nearby to swim in. Dogs are welcome."

"Really nice owner, and the hotel is just dripping in character. We were lucky to have the place to ourselves, so it might feel a bit busy if all the rooms were full. But I was honestly unsure what it would be like, as there is always a risk with "themed" hotels that they have a theme but nothing else. This place, though, was perfectly comfortable, and the animals outside added to the feel. Overall, a nice option that worked out well - and you get to stay in a Wild West hotel in the middle of Sweden..."
"The internet didn't reach the back rooms. There is a sitting area up front, and it works well there, but a couple of boosters for the back rooms would not go astray."
"Ranch theme, very well done. Lots of stuffed animals, and cowboy decor. Nice to live close to the horses. They have a horse stable underneath the rooms, with in total around 10 horses on the ranch."
"The beds, old and not super comfy. Breakfast was super early, so preferred to sleep in. Not much to do apart from looking at the animals, go for walks - slow living."
"If you are looking for an escapade from the everyday’s urban chaos, look no further than J A Ranch! 🤩 It is situated right in the middle of nature (easy access to lake and forest) and hosts many lovely farm animals on site as well. Fancy design of the entire place with proper amenities and solid quality. Last but not least, very welcoming and helpful hosts with extraordinary sightseeing tips, tack så mycket för allt!! 🙏🫶🏻"
"The room can get rather hot in summer, but luckily the fan available makes it possible to sleep in peace :) It would be great to have some insect nets to keep the flies away in the future!"
