"Although not in the heart of the city, this hotel is well located to visit Stockholm. You can reach downtown with tram or even better the boat which is the nicest way to reach the city, especially in spring and summer ! The hotel is an historical place, next to Skansen and Gröna Lund. Rooms are rather standard but large and comfortable, and the breakfast/dining room (and bar in the evening) is gorgeous with a view over the surroundings. Very good buffet breakfast with a large selection for all tastes. Also there are several restaurants at walking distance, not fancy but good."

"The staff was very kind and helpful, we initially booked 4 nights and extended it 2 more nights because we were so happy with everything. The breakfast was delicious (especially the meatballs and the butter) and a great way to start the day.. The Finnish sauna was a bonus to the room, especially in winter. The location was perfect and charming, staying surrounded by nature and lovely walk away from the city. The staff was helpful and fun, which made our experience 10/10. Hotel Hasselbacken gave us a wholesome and unforgettable Winter Wonderland stay in Stockholm. We will be back!"
"There is nothing I can say I didn’t like. There was an uncommon minimal leak the last day in our room caused by the heavy snow and rain, and immediately the staff wanted to give us another room and adapt to our preferences. So that made our experience even nicer, because it is easy when everything goes well, but when things like this come up, the staff really shines."
