"Newly built villas with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, very close to the beach. The owner, Guy, goes the extra mile to make sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. He is always happy to give advice about the area or simply have a friendly chat. Our family really enjoyed the stay and appreciated Guy’s warm hospitality and companionship. Thank you, Guy!"

"A beautiful, clean villa with exceptionally welcoming staff. Guy was an outstanding host who consistently went the extra mile, helping us organize our plans and get around the island. There were many restaurants and markets quite nearby, which made everything very convenient."

"Amazing property for a family of 4 or more. Owner was generous enough to provide juices & milk during our stay. Room were in clean & comfortable condition. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful living room . Felt like staying at home ."

"Great little house, well located in Grand Anse, close to several restaurants and super markets. Very clean and well equipped, we did not miss anything. The thing we liked most was the great veranda to sit outside. Guy is an extremely kind and helpful host."

"Google maps reports wrong location, but with the help of the host you will get there easily. The host make us find juices and milk in the fridge, which was very nice. Guy also helped us to find a reliable Taxi in Mahe (completely disconnected from our stay, just with the intent of helping his guests), which we appreciated a lot! Julita helped us with some contacts about boat trips."

"The stay in this accommodation was wonderful. Gene and Phil welcomed us with a beautifully prepared apartment with fruit, coconuts, a ready-made barbecue. They advised us where to go and what to visit. We woke up with the sun in the morning so that we could enjoy a wonderful sitting on the terrace with a beautiful view. The accommodation has all the necessary equipment. There is a beautiful small beach a short distance from the accommodation. The location of the accommodation is excellent for exploring the island. Thank you."

"We had a wonderful stay at Bord Mer House. The place is truly unique, with a fantastic view and definitely the best sunset in Beau Vallon. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and having a water cooler was a great bonus during our stay. One of the things we loved was being able to observe the local wildlife from a safe distance — especially the turtles and the flying foxes in the trees at sunset. It added a special touch to the whole experience. Communication with Sophie was superb—she was always quick to respond and even allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. A special mention to Anton, the housekeeper. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely the nicest guy we met in the Seychelles. He really made us feel at home. Highly recommended!"

"Absolute perfect location on the beach. Quiet street. Close to Supermarket and very good pizza restaurant. Spacious house with big bedrooms and bathrooms. The host Barbara is absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Be sure to contact her for any needs like bicycle rentals (a must, since it is a car free island)and info on fishing charters etc. Her meals were exceptional, although 600 Rupee (36 EU) pp for dinner and 400 sr (24 EU) for breakfast. Cold drinking water dispenser was a big bonus!"

"Big and clean apartment. Nice wood furniture, well equipped kitchen. And magic shower for two person! They clean apartment every day. Close to to apartment you can easily find good bakery, restaurants, take away. Just 3-5 min to place for seeing wonderful sunset!"
