"Amazing service! The hotel sees to your needs immediately. The shuttle bus is efficient and on time daily. The trip takes about 20 minutes. The drop off point is the As Safiyyah Museum by the green dome side. It is a short walk to the haram. The hotel was kind to let me stay on in my room after my check-out time whilst I waited for my flight. The hotel is in a local area. Lots of shops around."

"I had a very quiet and comfortable stay at Al Mayar. The staff, services, and facilities were all excellent, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my visit. The location is also very convenient, with food, supermarkets, and a masjid nearby. One Suggestion: While my stay was positive, transportation can be a bit of a challenge. I found that getting a Taxi or Uber can be difficult and time-consuming sometimes. It would be a massive improvement if the hotel could provide a shuttle service to Masjid an-Nabawi during the five daily prayer times. This would add immense value for guests and make the stay much more convenient."

"My 1st room was nice, but the 2nd room on the second night was awesome, very comfortable, clean, best view, living room and bedroom space was nice and some privacy. The staff was Very polite, Miss Nouran was excellent, provided exceptional service and communicated well. Good swimming pool. I was on both business trip and Leisure on Formula1 event, my bodyguard was staying in the city and I wanted somewhere away from city and that's why I chose this apartment, as they also allowed my guard to visit anytime of the day/night. It's worth every penny. I will choose it over and over. Cheers to the awesome room attendants for great job in room service."
