"1) kids under 10years old are not allowed to enter the hotel mosque. Please put up notice in front of the mosque regarding this restriction. 2) kids club is available at 75sar per hour per kid. After 5 mins, you will be charged another hour 3) waiting time for the lifts. There were times we had to wait almost 10mins"
"Perfect location. Masjid on 6th floor was a bonus. Iftar exceeded expectations. The hotel is not cheap but is value for money"

"Location and easy access to Haram. Relatively ok check-in but easy check-out. Staff were wonderful and friendly. The room we got was large. Lots of food variety for iftar and service was very good. Service and Jasmine Coffee House was great and room service was fast and friendly."
"The lift service was slow due to large crowd especially before and after prayers times. Easily waited for about 10 minutes to get into a lift. Then once in, it stopped at almost every floor. I recommend the management to consider separating the lifts for lower floors and high floors. The toilet is a bit dated though. But I was told that they plan to renovate and upgrade floors 24 onwards in the near future, to which I am looking forward to for our potential next visit (provided that they solve the lift issue)"
"I had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the atmosphere to the level of service. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. The variety and quality of the breakfast were very good and met my expectations. I would especially like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Hassan Nour for his outstanding service, professionalism, and warm attitude. He truly made a positive difference during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again."
