"كانت إقامة رائعة تمثلت في تقديم الخدمات من قِبل القائمين على الفندق من ادارة ومشرفين والمبادرة بالخدمة من قبلهم كانت رائعة وايضا النظافة والاطلالة الجميلة كل ذلك رأيته في هذا الفندق"

"الموظفين قمه بالاحترام واقصد موظفين الاستقبال البنات ماشاء روعه اما العمال تحسهم طول الوقت بالاسياب مسويين ازعاج ومن تفتح باب الغرفه تحس عيونهم داخل يراقبونك"

"I arrived early morning from Dubai and the guys at the reception could manage an early check in, which was fantastic. All of them have been so helpful. Whatever I needed, I got it. I never heard: No, not possible ... Plus: very friendly! The studio is big and has everything what is needed. Highly recommended, because the area is also perfect. Restaurants, supermarket, ATM, very near to At-Tureif the UNESCO World Heritage (pics below, Copyright Shamusa). Uber driver find the location easily. It was simply fantastic, and it was my first stay in Saudi Arabia, alone, as a woman. Simply wonderful!"

"Enjoyed staying here, room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Ordered a fish dish from room service (replaced salmon that wasn’t available) and it was absolutely delicious. The menu seemed to indicate that you had to order side dishes separately, so we ordered fries, but it came with rice and fries. Menu is a bit misleading, maybe that is on purpose? On our last day at breakfast, Ahmed introduced himself and said he was Quality Control and was there any issues we wanted to raise. We thought this was a nice touch and added back in the point that was dropped because of the minor issues above."
