"Welcomed by mr Faris at the front desk,i was early 6 hours before checking in time but Mr Faris arranged a room for me in 10 minutes time and the staff were great too,my luggage was arranged to deliver in the room ,offered Saudi coffee which was great after a long flight.very well managed and very clean room with all the essentials,location is great in a very quiet area and uber costs SAR 15-20 and with 10-15 minutes journey time."

"The staff is really friendly, and room was very comfortable and quiet large for a hotel room."
"There was hardly any Wi-Fi reception in our room on the first floor. I needed to get some work done and had to sit in the lobby downstairs. Other than that, getting an Uber to the hotel from Masjid Al Nabwi is a bit of a problem, especially after Isha and Fajr. This is not the hotel's fault of course, but it is due to the location."
"Very supportive, friendly, and respectful staff. Warm welcome with Arabic qahwa and dates. Early check-in and extra mile help with cab facilities. Neat and clean hotel, like everything is at its place. Must come back and recommended place to stay. Calm and peaceful area, away from road traffic and street noises. Very large king-size bed and large area room, exactly like what is shown in the pictures."

"Quick and hassel free check in. Hisham was very welcoming and polite. Best part he communicates in English. No waiting line in lifts House keeping staff very cooperative with quick service. If I would visit again I will definitely book my stay in this Hotel. Location is very near to Masjid Al Haram. 5 to 7 min drive by taxi. Rooms are very neat and clean with good ambience"
