"The road is very bad from the main road, however manager was very helpful came to meet us at the main road as we got there at night otherwise we would have lost as GPS doesn’t really work there. Rooms are good but mattress was not comfortable for a long stay."

"Great location and staff. The view of Lake Kivu was great. The owner provided us a night stay at her residence and provided us with Diner and breakfast which was the greatest experience. The Hotel owner/hotel manager arranged a taxi for us the following day to take us to the hotel accommodate. Very Very friendly team and I will stay in the hotel again."
