"We are delighted with our stay at the Rosewood Hotel. Everything was perfect. The hotel’s décor is very beautiful. We loved the hotel’s location and the views. Everything suited us very well. In addition, the hotel has several restaurants, each of which served exceptional food. The hotel staff were also of the highest standard. We would also like to send our greetings and express our sincere thanks for the service at the Milo restaurant. The waitress named Nicole took excellent care of us. Everyone at the hotel was very kind. We highly, highly recommend it."

"Upon our arrival, Juan greeted us warmly—friendly, youthful, yet precise in his welcome. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely divine. In the evening, there was a small misunderstanding with the taxi, which was my fault, but Sandra at reception handled the situation calmly and professionally resolving everything and expertly upselling us by guiding us to the bar. There, Margarita took over and dazzled us with the secret cocktail menu. Upon our departure, Ádám assisted with check-out, also greeting us with a big smile and helpful attitude. We thank the entire team and congratulate the management—this was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely return."

"أقامه استثنائيه وملاذ لراحه النفسيه وهدوء الاعصاب .. 1- العاملين ودودين ومتمرسين جدا والاهم يحرصون على راحه وسلامه الظيوف . 2- كل شي كان يفوق ماتوقعت الاكل على اعلى مستوى .. الخدمة .. عده النظافه ورائحه الفندق . 3- اهتمامهم بأدق التفاصيل والاضاءه الليليه الدافئه وحرصهم على هدوء واسترخاء الضيف حقيقه. هو اسلوب مربح جدا للاعصاب .. 4- الخدمه سريعه واستجابتهم لطلبات سريعه جدا .."
