"Staff was always nice. Breakfast is great and the location is good as well. Hotel is overall great, rooms are large and they have a varanda, which is always nice. The room also has a mini fridge."
"Bed is very bad, makes a lot of noise at every move, the mattress is extreamly soft, and used, and far too boucy to offer any decent night sleep."
"Dom João Hotel is hidden away in quiet Entroncamento and is a steady 15 minute walk from the train station and the wonderful railway museum. The friendly team were kind enough to look after our luggage as we explored the railway museum having arrived early from Lisbon. Once in our room we found it to be clean, comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was prompted served and made a delicious start to the day. The hotel is good for exploring neighbouring Tomar with some lovely walks and restaurants. For a quiet and secluded stay Dom João Hotel is perfect to enjoy a stay without interruption with only the beautiful church bells to wake you."

"All the basics are good- comfortable mattress, air con, great water pressure and v hot water etc. Room was a good size and decent lighting. Staff were kind and helpful and overall really enjoyed the stay. This area of Portugal is not blessed with hotels so Dom João is a decent option."
