The recently-renovated Casa Belmonte has comfortable accommodation just a 3-minute walk from the Marquês de Pombal Metro Station. It is located in the Portuguese capital, just 300 metres from the central Marquês do Pombal Square. All the soundproofed rooms at the Belmonte feature air conditioning, private bathroom, flat-screen cable TV, free WiFi and a mini-fridge. Some rooms also feature balconies and a view. Daily cleaning service is provided. Guests can try the local cuisine in one of the many restaurants available within 300 metres of the property. The El Corte Inglés shopping centre and the Amoreiras shopping centre are a 3-minute drive and have a number of shops, boutiques, supermarkets and food courts. The Bairro Alto is Lisbon’s foremost nighttime hotspot and is an 8-minute drive away. There, guests can find a wide variety of bars and cafés. The Chiado and the Rossio historical areas are an 8-minute and a 4-minute drive, respectively. The Lisbon International Airport is a 15-minute drive from the guest house.

"We had a lovely stay in Casa Belmonte! Location was great and very easy to travel, metro was within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"Clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious room with a lovely view. Friendly and helpful staff let us check in late and leave bags for the day when we checked out. Close to a bus stop and only 20 minutes (7 euro) taxi to airport. Secure entrance with code. Room was well-equipped with plenty of coat hangers, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer etc. shared kitchen area if wanted. Nice, safe, fairly quiet area. 20-30 minute walk to city centre down a fairly gentle hill (by Lisbon standards!)"
"Strong smell from plug in air freshener was quite overpowering. Curtains let in quite a bit of light. Only one tea/coffee pod per person then an additional charge. Iron was in the shared area, so if someone forgot to return it you wouldn’t be able to use it. Lift was a bit rickety and small, appreciate this is due to the age of the building but worth knowing it’s on the 5th floor if you don’t like small spaces"
"The location is great! The facility has an elevator, and we cannot complain to any noises, it was quiet and clean, and a good mattresses. The staff is friendly and there for any questions. You have a nearby shop, restaurant, pub, bus, metro... Thanks 👍"

"5th floor and old-fashioned lift. Wouldn’t enjoy carrying luggage if it broke down or missing a flight … Fridge in our room not working, but we stayed only 1 night… Bed was too soft for me."

"The location was great , the metro station was 4 minutes walking distance away and the room was enough for one person as i stayed in single room. I definitely would stay here again when i visit lisbon."
