"Excellent location, the beach, shops, and cafes are all nearby. The apartments are cozy, and the owners are always available. There are high ceilings, a quiet air conditioner, and cooking utensils are provided. Thank you for your hospitality!"
"The water pressure in the shower was weak."
"The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed. The AC units worked wonderfully, which was a relief in the heat. The beach is right across the road. There are also a few good dining options nearby, and a supermarket just a couple of blocks away for any essentials. Overall, it was a great location and a lovely stay!"
"The couch, while still functional, has seen better days and could use an update. The WiFi was unreliable; it worked best in the main living area but was almost unusable in the bedrooms. Additionally, the cold-water tap in the shower didn’t work, which was inconvenient."
"Amazing location close to the beach and Condado area. Very modern and convenient apartment with kitchen and laundry. Very convenient with the electric locks we didn't need to carry keys. It was easy to find it. Also parking available on the street in front."

"The only complaint was the keypad on the front door it was not working properly and left me soaked in the rain trying to get in twice. I suggested it be repaired to the host along with household items that would improve the quality of one’s stay."
