"Ground floor (I didn't notice this in the description). Car parking in front of the apt. People come late or early, and car lights and noisy people wake you up. There's no washing machine, although it's included in the ad. posted on booking.com. The owner/manager sent an email 1 hour before our arrival saying where the keys are left (delayed instructions, and poor communication)."

"Location is great! Next to Walgreens and a very short walk to the beach and many food options. The room is very spacious and has a full kitchen, though I ate out during my stay. Host is very friendly and attentive."

"Room wasn't as clean as during my previous stay. Welcome mat was caked in hair and there was random strands of hair on the floor throughout the unit. The lounge seat had a big circle stain in it. Ceiling dripped what appeared to be water during my entire stay into a bucket on the floor. Saw a roach in the unit each of the 3 days I was there, even was a very big roach in the shower. Though the price is great and location is awesome I don't plan on staying here again."

"Very clean and comfortable. If you only want to sleep in a nice clean place, then I’d recommend it. It is close to the beach, stores, restaurants and Walgreens. We were out and about all day and night. Only used the room to sleep and take showers."

"Location, outside of the room it’s not clean, there is no view at all, no balcony or window you can look out from. It’s very noisy, you will hear everything around you."

"Great location -- directly across the street from the beach and close to the airport. There are also two pharmacies within walking distance as well as a host of shops and restaurants. Tiffany was a great host and very kind! Her instructions were clear and made finding and managing everything easy. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable."

"The ants were a bit of a nuisance. Even though the hosts provided ant spray, once I did spray the apartment, I went from dealing with live ants in the apartment to dead ants clustered along the baseboards and kitchen sink. I literally had to sweep them up each morning. The apartment is on the first floor facing the parking lot and you can hear everything. The walls are also pretty thin. I definitely recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper."

"Great value for money. Lost power during our stay, but host was awesome and brought by a battery pack to run applicances for comfort. Check-in instructions were clear with no problems. Next to the main street for the beach and can get a bit noisy at night. Supermarket, Charlie's Car Rental, and Walgren's Pharmacy just outside the apartment. Address to use for Uber would be the Charlie's Car Rental. Apartment is on the public transit system."

"Sería muy Injusta decir que algo no me gustó, pero si recomendaría buscar solucionar el tema de la presión del agua en la ducha, ya que el “remedio” usado no ayuda mucho!! Lo que si aconsejo es que no recomienden el uso de la piscina, eso no les ayuda más bien puede afectar la percepción de la gente."

"Within the room, everything was perfect. Clean, updated and stocked with anything you might need. Beautiful tile flooring. I appreciated the amount of hangers provided in the closet. I had enough for all my clothes. It is a simple space but very tastefully done. Very easy access to the beach across the street."

"The interior parking area is a little run down and the community can be a bit noisy in the evenings. It would be easier to find the pool if there was a sign and the pool area could use more than 3 upright chairs."
