"The hosts are a couple and they are so nice. The are checking that everything is ready. Both of them where interested in how me and my wife where. They explained everything in the.property and make sure we had enough linens and bed sheets. They both a gallon of water so we may have drinking water for the stay."

"Actually for me everything was good. We felt comfortable and secure. Maybe going up and down the stairs was somewhat uncomfortable because I had some back ache. But it wasn't the end of the world."

"This was our second stay at the hotel. We were cruising out of Puerto Rico, so we booked a night at each end of the trip at Hyatt House. Modern, clean and comfortable, and in a very convenient location for old San Juan and the cruise terminal."
