"Only cash payments possible, including for the hotel rooms. So this is quite inconvenient. The buildings are being renovated, so there was quite some noise and dust."

"The food ( Polish cuisine) at the restaurant and the customer service were impeccable. The restaurant and the hotel is nice, clean. The park is wild, big, provides long paths for walks in the nature, the history of the place is very interesting, and it is 30' by car from Bad Muskau/ Park Muzakowski."

"We had a corner room with windows on 2 sides of the building. The flank side windows were showing us a waste land of debris from the ongoing reconstruction of the main palace. Also, on Friday, there were still cross country motor bikes running through the park/ property making an awful noise. I realise they were local youths, not the guests of the hotel, but it's a pity such " sports" occur in this oasis of nature."
