"The breakfast unfortunately was subpar. The coffee was undrinkable bad, and the scrambled eggs where made out of egg powder and I assume even the cheap one of that, which is more to the restaurant that is doing the catering and not the hotel it self. Full of sugar like cake and brownie but not a decent egg, sausage or bacon which after visiting many hotels in many countries on many levels, this was disappointing so much that on the 2nd day of my booking I rather went out to have a good breakfast somewhere else."

"The hotel has a good location, practically in the city center, yet the room is quite quiet. There's a small parking lot in front of the hotel, which is very important in central Krakow. The reception staff was pleasant. The room was clean. There is bottled water and a kettle."

"There's no elevator, so getting up to the floor with heavy luggage can be tricky. The bed isn't very comfortable and isn't very stable. There are no slippers. The breakfast is weak, with virtually no choice."

"The hotel is a bit old and a renovation will give a better product to the tourist. The breakfast room is in the hotel restaurant which is an Asian restaurant, which are synonymous with the specific spicey smell that is not compatible with the served breakfast food."
