"We liked absolutely everything! From the clean, spacious rooms to the magnificent food, this hotel offers it all. The staff are friendly and helpful, even if you don’t speak Polish. One of the best places we have ever stayed (and we have travelled a lot). We highly recommend the breakfast menu and the Venison Tartare from the restaurant."

"Hotel Spichrz is located by the Vistula River right in the Old Town which is perfect if you plan to actively dwelve into the Medieval heart of Torun. The property is located in historical building from XVIII century. It is perfectly renovated, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. All this made us feel welcome and comfortable."

"The building is old, and despite the fact that it's perfectly renovated you can literally hear every word from neighbouring rooms. Luckily rooms are equipped in earplugs. I've been staying in much noisier hotels that were rated higher, hence I don't see it as a negative."

"Amazing restaurant both for breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a little pricey but lovely and the restaurant ambience is amazing. Good location inside the old town and comfortable room. We stayed in the annex building, wish we could have stayed in the main hotel but it was very nice , just had to walk across the street."

"Firstly, I can't impress on you enough how magnificent the breakfast buffet was. I'd consider going back to Poland for that alone. There were all the basics, but also homemade cheese, more meats than you can count, a special omelette station with a range of ingredients, vegetarians catered for with things like pickled pumpkin and beetroot carpaccio... it was a thrill. Okay. The place was easy to find coming from the Miastro station (NB the main Torun station is a long walk from town), in a great building just inside the city walls. The room was comfy and quiet, I slept well, everything worked and was straightforward. Great food at the restaurant, too."
