"I had a really comfortable stay during my 19-day vacation in Manila. The place was clean, the bed was comfy, and there’s an extra sofa bed if you’re staying with a friend or family. The location is super convenient, with three busy shopping malls nearby, so it’s easy to get anything you need."

"The amenities are good and convenient to use. Just a few things that could be improved: – Some of the utensils are a bit tarnished, but they’re still usable. – A small cabinet or closet with a few hangers would be helpful for storing clothes. – A quicker response to queries or questions would be appreciated."

"This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed!! The place is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are very clean, the pool is great, the breakfast was yummy and above all - the staff were incredible. Joy was so friendly and accommodating. She helped us with so many things and went above and beyond to made sure we had everything we needed - she helped us rent a car, book day tours and more. There were some problems with water and electricity on one of the days but Joy made sure she kept us updated as it was getting fixed, it was fixed very quickly and we even got a complimentary massage for the trouble. We stayed for part of our honeymoon so enjoyed the fact that it was outside of the hustle and bustle of the main part of General Luna but was only a short drive/tricycle ride/scooter ride away from the main part!"
