"Difficult to find the lodge because the location shown on Google Maps is incorrect, and the place is inside a living area without any signs from the main road. I had to get help from local people to find the place, and even they had problems explaining where it was, after talking to the host on phone."

"My host, and family, who provided lovely breakfasts, arranged & provided transportation from ferry & to airport. And for a fabulous trip out into the lagoon where I swam with Manta Rays!
They also had a bicycle which I used every day to get around the island.
Everything I needed was taken care of.
They even sent me off with a garland of frangipani!"

"Logement fidèle aux photos. En tant que femme voyageant seule, je m'y suis tout de suite sentie bien. Les roulottes sont juste à côté, accessibles à pied. L'autostop fonctionne super bien dans le coin !
L'hôte est top : super sympa, toujours dispo, et propose le petit dej à la demande. Elle s'est aussi occupée de mes réservations d'excursions et de voiture, avec plein de bons conseils.
C'était vraiment chouette de pouvoir échanger avec d'autres voyageurs, ça rend l'expérience encore plus authentique."

"The location was fantastic, right on the water and canoes accessible. Gave us a genuine feel for the area watching the boats come and go on the water and the birds and the crabs and the dogs playing in the water. Kayaks make the lagoon accessible. The accomm is basic. One queen bed and mattresses on the floor. A great outdoor kitchen space. If you don’t mind basic then this is a great space. Close to Teahupoo and the cheapest we found in Tahiti."
"Superb apartment. Quiet with only cosy rooster crowing. Real plants inside and small art. Located 280 meters above sea level and therefore unpoluted air pleasant temperatures. Nice swimming pool. Impeccable interior with all comfort you’d wish."
