"Lovely stay right on the beach with the most amazing hosts! 100% recommend, we arrived and wanted to buy a wetsuit, Ricardo sorted us out with half price wetsuits from his friend in Lima. Service was above and beyond!"

"Sooo close to an amazing surf break! Very nicely maintained and layed out, staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the area, whether it be about the waves, food, sightseeing or anything, really. Rooms were very comfortable and clean."

"We absolutely loved our time here! We originally planned to stay for just three nights but ended up extending our visit to over two weeks. Mono (Ricardo) and Silvana were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and laid-back, perfect for unwinding. Each room has a hammock where you can relax while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean—just 20 meters from the front gate. If you’re a dog lover, you’ll adore their four friendly and lovable dogs who are always happy to keep you company. There’s also a small gym on-site, equipped with weights and other gear for a quick workout.🏋️♂️"

"Wayra is located in the perfect location over looking Punta Lobitos, with several other surf breaks within walking distance. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Ricardo the host will make sure you have everything you need and is happy to provide any advice needed on the town of Lobitos and it surrounds. I would recommend staying at Wayra to anyone heading to Lobitos! Epic joint. Mucho Gusto"

"Shared areas don't have any facilities other than a kettle and were not very clean. Price in dollars is not correct. He charges a flat rate in Soles, and it's not clear when booking that you don't pay market rate conversion from dollars. He does send a message with the soles price on, so keep an eye out to avoid an argument on arrival (we didn't receive the message in advance)"
"we stayed at wayra for 1 month and it truly felt like home for us. it has an amazing view of the surf, spacious and clean rooms, a big communal room with a ping pong table, hammocks outside every room for relaxing, super friendly owners and really cute dogs!!"

"The hosts are very kind and quick to answer via message or help in person. One day I forgot my keys and was locked in between my room and the front door. Even though I had no phone I managed to contact them and they came immediately to rescue me. The location is outstanding. The beach is immediately in front of the door and you hear the beautiful sound of the ocean all day. Groceries can be done by foot or Motortaxi as well as ATMs. The only accomodation that is not overpriced in Zorritos!"

"La Cabaña de Huerta Mar es un ambiente acogedor que brinda calidez y calma. Los anfitriones son personas muy amables y atentas a cualquier necesidad. Cuentan con una huerta adorable y unos acompañantes de cuatro patas cariñosos. Los techos elevados de la casa hacen que se mantenga el ambiente lo suficientemente fresco a comparación de la sensación térmica que se percibe al exterior. Considero que es un ambiente excepcional para quienes buscan un refugio hogareño y calmado. Linda experiencia :)"

"The pool was pristine, very well looked after and warm! Staff were friendly, we were the only guests for most of our stay because of it being rainy season and just outside of carnival time when it was fully booked. There are a number of animals (dog, cats etc.) which are also very keen to get to know you! It's right on the beach and while you can't enter the sea as it's very choppy, it's nice to walk along. You can also sit on covered seats on the beach and watch the sun go down. Food didn't make us ill which is always a bonus. Bed was massive and shower was really powerful."
