"The customer service is excellent, nice and outstanding. I had some requirements about a quiet room, so they changed my room twice, which was very helpful and unusual."

"Super hot shower all the time which is the most important thing for us. Staffs are helpful even I ask for dish washing liquid to wash my dirty clothes haha. They offer hot water and local tea bag in the lobby 24hrs. It’s a quiet and safe area and walking distance to some super good restaurants and center district. WiFi is good. Amazing volcano view on the rooftop restaurant:) you can see the sun set there and so as in the breakfast time"

"We would love better communication with central reservations and via booking.com / WhatsApp We wanted to book accommodation at Arequipa, Colca and Puno along with a Colca Canyon tour and transfer to Puno but this was tricky. Might have been hampered by our lack of Spanish"
"Very friendly and forthcoming staff. Allowed us to store our luggage during the 2day trek through the Colca Canyon free of charge. Breakfast was good. Room was very big had a bathtub and a balcony."
