"I stayed one night for New Year's Eve because the place is only a few steps away from the Plaza de Armas. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. the music from the bar across was very loud and played until 7 in the morning but again it was new Year's Eve, so to be expected in the center of town. The breakfast was a little sparse but ok for the price."
