"The location is great, not close to the noisy train yet still near the city centre. There’s a lovely view of the river and mountains. The staff were friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and delicious."

Christophe even met us at the train station, carried my wife's bag and gave us all the info we needed as we walked to the Panorama. Great location, great character to the place and just what we wanted for a 3 night stay. Thanks for a great stay Christophe 🙏🏼"

"The breakfast selection can be improved, the soundproof isn't great, you can hear other people opening doors, talking or walking through corridor. We were a bit worried for the noise at night, but thankfully all the guests have been quiet and we had a restful night."

"Super nice staff, they gave us a lot of advice and explanations on how to get ready for Machu Picchu. They also came to meet us directly at the train station to show us the way to the hotel. The owner has a french restaurant just 5 minutes away that is also very nice: just ask the reception and they will direct you. Also they let us store our luggage in the hotel after check out during our Machu Picchu visit."

"Very comfortable bed. Super nice staff - they were the best and so helpful. Breakfast was amazing even as vegans, perfect before a Machu Picchu hike. The shower was so warm, perfect after we got in from the Salkantay Trek."
"It wasn’t too bad, but you can hear people talking in the lobby when you’re on the second floor. We opened the windows though, and the location was so quiet with just the river flowing."
