"El hotel queda muy cerca a la plaza de Armas de Arequipa. El personal es muy atento y servicial. Te permiten ingresar a la habitación incluso antes del check-in porque comprenden que vas a ir a algún tour."

"El personal de aseo muy servicial y atento a las necesidades. Muy buen sector turístico Tranquilo para estar en familia."

"Si bien, el total del personal contaba con una muy buena atención, un conserje en particular contaba con un perfil muy poco resolutivo, y frente algunos inconvenientes, no supo dar solución y con muy escueta interacción, lo que te dejaba en un constante ascuas. Tuvieron que intervenir otras personas para solucionar dichos temas. Fue el único detalle"

"Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und bieten genug Ablageflächen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, für die Wanderung im Colca Canyon hätten wir unser Gepäck kostenfrei unterstellen können. Auch der Check-out um 3 Uhr morgens war kein Problem. Handtücher gab es auf Nachfrage. Das WLAN funktionierte super."
