"The hostel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They prepared a delicious breakfast tailored to everyone’s preferences, and they even offered a vegan option. We stayed in a family room with a private bathroom, which was clean and comfortable for a hostel. The kids loved the pool!"

"The (private) bathroom did have a noticeable drain smell, and the hot water in the shower wasn’t great, but the little pool in the courtyard absolutely delighted the kids and made up for the minor inconveniences."

"That was my 4th time staying in the Corner hostel. This is my favorit hostel :) it has a nice vibe. Although it was the first time when I did not meet english speakers at the reception, the landlord and the landlady was very nice and kind, so we arrange everything with google translate. I will come back next year. Hope this hostel will stay always as good as now :)"

"I loved the staff. They were over any expectations. That Italian boss i never meet chose the best people to manage this property. I can't express enough how amasing were all 3 persons: Rosa. Elias and Julian were just perfect. They made me relaxed and happy. Every single second. They knew what i needed before I knew that i needed something. The food Rosa and Julian cooked for me just perfection. Thank you Rosa, Elias and Julian for being such amasing."

"Clean with great dorm room 9 beds stacked three high. Excellent breakfast and a family run hostel. Great pool which is kept well maintained and clean. Water can be a bit hit and miss but hey it’s Panamá. It has secure parking. Close to beach and shops. Excellent kitchen. I would stay again"

"Good location, 1 minute to the supermarket, 3 minutes to the beach. The hosts can only few words English, but they are very nice and willing to help. I stayed in a dorm and still got a towel and a soap. Overall a very pleasant stay:)"

"Very good location, close to the beach, easy day trip to Anton El Valle. Our kids loved the pool and outside tables for hostel provided breakfast. Above all the couple who is running it were so friendly, kind, helpful and flexible❤️"

"The hostel is run down and doesn't look cared for. The photos give the wrong impression of the kind of place you're going to be staying. It feels like a former institution of some kind. The breakfast was terrible and quite lazy. Nothing savoury. Bad quality bread. Cheap, bad tasting, and unsustainable peanut butter and chocolate spread. Margarine instead of butter. It really wouldn't cost much and take much effort to offer eggs, rice and beans, etc, or even just eggs and toast! There is no value for money. We paid $80 for one night, which seemed reasonable based on the photos and free breakfast, but not so after staying there"
