"The guesthouse was very clean and homey, and a great value! The room was large and spacious, there was a large shared common den, dining table, and kitchen with refrigerators, a stove, dishes, and water. The owner, Bassem, was very responsive and it was easy to communicate with him over WhatsApp and Booking.com prior to and during my trip. He really helped in answering questions about transport to and from Masirah and things to do on the island. The on site receptionist/staff, Titu, was very friendly and cooked a terrific breakfast and tea daily. They were especially hospitable given that I was the only guest there during my stay (2nd week of September) and they easily could've just put in a minimum account of effort instead of being as nice as they were. The location is just a couple minute drive away from the Maha gas station in the southern part of Hilf town."

"The hotel has a great location in Salalah’s beautiful Ateen Plain. It’s fairly new, which makes it clean and well-kept, with nice outdoor spaces to enjoy the pleasant weather. However, I didn’t like the breakfast—it was below expectations. I also had to book a room for five people, but it was not very comfortable as it was a long narrow room. Still, considering the heavy crowds during the Khareef season, the overall experience was acceptable and convenient."
