From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome — every one of them was warm, friendly, and attentive. What truly stood out for me was the hotel manager. He was exceptionally generous and treated me like family. In all my travels, I have never come across a hotel manager as kind, down-to-earth, and sincere as him. His warmth and humility left a lasting impression on me, and I will always remember his hospitality. "The receptionist Abdurahman was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He was very very helpful, he made me feel like family and would help me solve problems as though they were his problems. He even invited me to his wedding!"
