"Property is ,3 km from bahla, on a site inside a sports complex. Very quiet at night. Pleasant surroundings with swimming pool and table tennis. Room is huge with all facilities, and very clean Excellent value for money ."

"Everything! The accommodation is perfect to visit Bahla Oasis but also Nizwa! Very quiet, the cleanest place we've been and there are also beautiful plus like swimming pool and football fields where to see the stars in the night! The value for money is unbelievable! Thanks!"

"I loved the room with 4 beds we stayed in. It was spacious clean and had everything we needed for the stay like Air con, fridge and a kettle. Access to the room and check in was easy."
"The pillows could be better or more, addition of a microwave would be perfect to warm up baby's milk. Access to the property requires a few metres of off road driving because we got here in the dark it was a little challenging but once we got to the property it was very pleasant."
