"The location. It’s right behind the Muttrah Fort and Corniche. A very convenient location if you want to explore the souk and walk along the corniche and get the old town vibe."

"- The bathroom to have normal flooring and not pebble stones which are uneven and does not lend a hygienic feeling nor does it go with the decor. - Bathroom size compared to the suite room is very small and uncomfortable - The room was not ready (which is fine) when we arrived but they could have informed us abt this earlier so we could have delayed our arrival and had lunch and then arrived instead of reaching and waiting there for them to clean the room still at 2-2.30pm (check in time was 1pm) - Ideally someone to be reachable on call easily when Google maps took us further down and there was no one to call and ask where exactly. Gets tricky when you have bags and the taxi guy is old and doesn’t understand the language!! - If you are expecting for there to be a manned reception and someone to help with the bags, then this is a self check in hotel and does not have someone to reach out to easily."

"The place is lovely decorated and our room despire being tiny was nice and cozy. The bed was comfy and the view on the fort was cute. The location is perfect to explore Muscat, being in the old town of Mytthra right in the middle of old and new Muscat and few steps away from the promenade. Personnel was lovely and cane to check on us with some fresh fruit as well as heloed through whatsapp with anything we needed."

"We ended up booking the Yas room which is the little one with separate (though still private) bathroom. For the price the room was fine, but we were not too happy about the bathroom that was not super clean and suffered from poor ventilation. In addition, there is no glass shield between the shower and the toilet meaning that every time we took a shower the bathroom would flood. This resulted often in bad odor. There was not room service every day."

"We liked everything. It is very in a nice location and parking was never an issue. The staff were very accommodating and they full filled all our request. Guesthouse is very clean and we took the breakfast 2 times which was good ( however having tea or coffee included would be better to enjoy the full experience) ( mubarak i really a great gentleman and very helpfull) thank you 🙏"

"One of the most amazing places we stayed at during our entire 14-day trip in Oman. This suit truly exceeded our expectations! It's located just few steps from seaside promenade and Muscat souq, walking distance to many traditional food serving restaurants. The apartments (just like the whole hotel) are authentic and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and guest comfort. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The beds were soft — which is actually quite rare in accommodations in Oman. Breakfast was available for an reasonable extra charge and was absolutely delicious, with very tasteful serving — a real treat for both the eyes and the stomach 😊 On the last day of our stay, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruit, which was a lovely gesture. Our highest recommendations — we would definitely stay here again!"
