"The location is great—close to the town centre, cafés, and the beautiful Nelson waterfront. It’s really convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and you can really feel the warm, social vibe of the hostel."

"Exceptional friendly staff. Very clean facilities, great location and everything available onsite - even a sauna!"

"The room I've stayed in had thin walls and therefore was very noisy. I could hear everything from both bathrooms next door and the window didn't close properly, so I've heard all the noisy air conditioners (?) from outside. Also, the fan in my room could use a good clean - didn't want to turn it on due to all the dust on it (it can also become a fire hazard)."

"A wonderful place to stay at❣️ Great kitchen to cook in, spacious sitting-areas and our big comfortable twin bedroom made us feel very satisfied! And the staff was absolutely fantastic helping us out with everything: where to park for free, the tours we did and suggested nice places to eat at! We stayed there for five nights and really loved it😀"

"They have a freezer cleverly disguised under a bench in the kitchen clearly marked with the word FREEZER in large capital letters!! Most useful for storing ice creams."
